MPU Pink retaliated by creating an opening for Leonard Delemaris who evened the score, 1-1. For the next 10 minutes, both teams remained scoreless. Before reaching the halftime break, however, Paire made their way through MPU Pink’s defense which left Danis wide open for his second goal and gave his team the upper hand, 2-1. In the second half, Paire successfully prevented MPU Pink from tying the game and went on to win the match and the title. Fifth place In the battle for fifth place, Shirley’s Football Club triumphed over the Tan Holdings Football Club, 4-1. It was a slow start but Shirley’s Bennet Haro broke the silence at the 19th minute mark to give his team the lead. Shirley’s momentum continued to build as Bennetton Haro joined his brother on the scoreboard at the 38th minute mark. Tan Holdings tried to douse the flames with a goal of their own, thanks to Emerson Brillo, but they failed to stop Shirley’s from adding two more goals that were delivered by Nayten Pino and Chales Molina at the 42nd and 50th minute marks en route to victory, 4-1.
