The Northern Mariana Islands Football Association holds at least two (2) referee courses (certification or refresher) every year to grow the program and train our current referees.  Referees who graduated from these courses officiate games in the NMIFA Youth League and the NMIFA Dove Women’s League, while some assist in the MSL League 1 and 2.
