SIS silences MCS 4-0

SAIPAN International School earned their fourth win in the boys high school division of the NMIFA-PSS Interscholastic Soccer League by trouncing Mount Carmel School, 4-0, Tuesday at the NMI Soccer Training Center in Koblerville.

SIS played aggressively which worked in their favor as they scored three goals in the first half. Daniel Nam ignited the run at the 12th minute mark while Ian Song took over with back-to-back goals at the 17th and 21st minute marks for a comfortable 3-0 spread.

The second half was no different as MCS could not create any shot opportunities due to SIS’s relentless onslaught.

At the 47th minute mark, SIS’ Nam still had time to squeeze in one more goal to seal the deal, 4-0.

Marianas High School, which won via forfeit against MHS JV, still holds the top spot with five victories.
