22 complete NMIFA Basic Referee Course

The Northern Mariana Islands Football Association would like to congratulate the 22 participants who completed the NMIFA Basic Referee Course (Level 4) last June 19, 2021. The one-day course that came just in time for the kick-off of the NMIFA 2021 Summer Youth League was held at the NMI Soccer Training Center in Koblerville with Ruselle Zapanta and Angie Ito. Serving as course instructors.

The course had participants dive deep into the Laws of the Game and concluded with an on-field practical session for grassroots level soccer.
